Due to the nature of digital photography/ videography and the time and effort put into each and every video before, during, and after the recording session, I have a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected/ requested and paid for the DVD and then Misfit Productions sent the buyer the correct DVD/ content), it is considered non-refundable.
Refunds will not be given due to "not liking the final product," selecting the incorrect content, or any other reason. If a mistaken DVD is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Misfit Productions will send the correct DVD to the buyer free of charge.
